Miga de Pan
By designer, Adriana Torres, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Adriana Torres studied architecture, graphic design, illustration and fine arts and began her career as an art director. After many years it was time to bring her inspiration and creativity to her own project. The designer began her label in 2010 under the name Miga de Pan.
A collection of children’s and baby toys, a line of interior accessories composed of curious puffs and cushions, luxurious rugs and blankets and unique dolls. Every Miga de Pan accessory is hand made according to traditional handwork techniques (crochet and embroidery), using recognizable colour schemes and natural materials. And that’s what makes every piece unique.
The Miga de Pan brand has an optimistic view of the world. From design to production. Cheerful, singular and especially made with love.
The crochet and hand embroidery work is done in Buenos Aires by a group of women trained by herself.
